Patience over speed
Good things take time. We plant for decades, not quarters — and we build systems that reward discipline over shortcuts.
We started with a single 40-hectare plot in Ondo State — a family convinced that long-term agriculture, done right, could rebuild rural economies. Today we manage six estates across Nigeria, employing over 340 people and supporting hundreds more through our outgrower programs.

Every hectare we manage today was planted with intention. Here are the moments that shaped who we are.
Two brothers and a small team planted their first oil palm seedlings on family land — mostly by hand, with borrowed tools and a lot of hope.
Three years after planting, the first commercial yield of palm oil was pressed and sold locally. It funded the nursery for the next phase.
We acquired land in Cross River, Enugu, and Akwa Ibom — diversifying into cocoa, rubber, and plantain. The company became a true multi-crop operation.
We began partnering with smallholder farmers — providing certified seedlings, training, and guaranteed purchase at fair-trade prices. 200+ farmers joined within two years.
Rainforest Alliance and ISO 14001 certifications earned. We pledged to restore 500 hectares of degraded land and reach carbon neutrality across all estates by 2030.
With institutional investors on board and three new crops maturing over the next four years, we're building the foundation for the next generation of West African agriculture.
We didn't set out to build the biggest plantation. We set out to build the one our grandchildren will still be proud of.
Our mission is simple and unshakable: to build a West African agribusiness that rewards patience, protects the land, and lifts the communities we farm beside. Every decision we make — from soil to sale — answers to those three things.
Good things take time. We plant for decades, not quarters — and we build systems that reward discipline over shortcuts.
We treat every hectare as something borrowed from the next generation — not owned by this one. Soil health is non-negotiable.
From the field teams to the smallholder farmers in our network, everyone who touches our produce is paid fairly and treated well.
Buyers, investors, and communities see the same numbers we do — audited, timestamped, and available on request.
